Description Senior Business Development Executive - Public Sector:
Main Responsibilities:
  • Accessing Manager and Director level contacts within customer accounts and target prospects
  • Lead generation via targeted outbound account prospection and calling on marketing-generated/inbound leads
  • Develop a deep understanding of your prospects business goals, competition, growth plans and obstacles
  • Responsible for positioning all Lionbridge solutions & services with help from product specialists.
  • Implement sales & pipeline building market strategies
  • Responsible for the full sales cycle, from lead generation/following up a lead until closing the deal.
Main requirements:
  • Proven experience winning Enterprise-level customers.
  • Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English - oral, aural and written
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, Communication or equivalent business experience
  • High standard of written and spoken Spanish and English
  • 4+ years inside sales or sales development experience selling complex solutions
  • Positive and energetic attitude
  • Good people management skills: ability to create a vision for your accounts and inspire your team to help make it a reality
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong business relationships with internal and external stakeholders at senior and executive management levels.
  • Working knowledge of CRM, preferably Salesforce
  • Mastery of all Microsoft Office applications
