Employee Engagement Manager:
What you’ll be doing:
  • As a Manager - Employee Experience, you will collaborate with cross-functional partners across HR and Gallup to develop, lead and implement various (enterprise-wide and BU/COE specific) survey administrations. Using Gallup’s online platform, Gallup Access, you will support successful administrations by understanding operational and technical requirements, setup needs and making sure the organizational structure is programmed correctly. From the client kickoff to the final stages of handing over completed survey results, you will be an integral part in maintaining data credibility and accurate reporting.
  • Translate operational requirements into technical solutions.
  • Setup reporting scorecards and dashboards.
  • Be able to prioritize multiple complex projects and adjust to accommodate unexpected changes.
  • Collaborative team player who can build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Should be able to seek out different points of view when trying to solve complex problems while not being afraid to speak your mind.
  • Manage large multidimensional projects in a rapidly changing environment, an understanding of and the ability to capture and analyze survey requirements.
  • Lead meetings, track action items, and push deliverables to completion.
  • Act with a sense of urgency and deliver on-time, effective solutions.
Where you'll be working:
In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days set by your manager.
What we’re looking for:
You’ll need to have:
  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Six or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience in human resources or project management.
  • One or more years of experience in reporting, data analysis, and/or project management.
  • Experience creating formulas and analyzing data in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets required.
  • Visual Basic and/or SQL knowledge.
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
  • Sophisticated communicator (verbal and written) who brings professionalism, credibility and engagement to every interaction and who can translate technical terminology into easy-to-understand language.
  • Experience with COGNOS, Agora, and other database reporting tools and knowledge of PeopleSoft, Workday or other HRMS.
  • Experience with Tableau or similar visual analysis tool, optimization, analytics and large data sets, project management, developing visually compelling interactive dashboards.
  • Good understanding of third party analytic tools like SPSS.
  • Strong organization skills, project management skills, and attention to detail.
  • Strong business acumen with a broad understanding of business operations.
  • Ability to build alliances, influence others, and work in a team environment.
  • Ability to be proactive, prioritize work, and handle multiple assignments in a timely manner.
